Closing dates do not move easily. A smooth WDI inspection keeps your deal on track. Here is how to make it easy for you and your clients.
Book Early
Send us the address and the closing date as soon as you have them. If time is tight, call. We will do our best to fit you in.
Make Access Easy
Share lockbox or entry details.
Ask sellers to clear paths to the crawl space, attic, basement, and garage.
Make sure gates, sheds, and access panels are unlocked.
Blocked areas get listed on the report as areas we could not reach. Clear access means a cleaner report for everyone.
Help Your Clients Read the Report
It is a snapshot of one day, not a promise about the future.
It is not a structural damage report.
Old signs are not the same as live insects.
Treatment records from the seller help.
