Dan Johnston

1st Generation- Founder

Dan and Jan were encouraged to open a pest control business. After several years of training, certifications, and licensing, they were excited to announce the start of this business back in 2011. Dan and Jan serve the Winfield and surrounding areas.

Matt Johnston

2nd Generation- Certified Executive Technician

Matt, the son of Dan and Jan, was asked to consider joining the family business.  It wasn’t long after, Matt too left the corporate life and joined the family pest control business. Matt serves the Wichita Metro and surrounding areas.

Mandi Johnston

2nd Generation- Administrative Director

Mandi, the wife of Matt, took on all the back office responsibilities. She does all the scheduling, invoicing, managing the email, and much more! Her attention to detail and customer service is the reason for our abilities to operate.

Tyler Johnston

3rd Generation- Certified Technician

Tyler, Matt and Mandi's oldest child, left his full time job to come serve the family business. He works the field with Matt. You will likely see him serving the Wichita Metro and surrounding areas. Molly, Tyler's wife, is now apart of the family business as well.

Kayleigh Ocadiz (johnston)

3rd Generation- Marketing Director

Kayleigh, Matt and Mandi's youngest child, left her full time job to also come serve the family business. The website you are seeing, our facebook page, graphics, logos, blog posts and many more are created and designed by her. Kasan, Kayleigh's husband, is now apart of the family business as well.

Nick Pecina

Certified Technician

Nick is a certified pest control technician and an integral part of our Kansas City branch. As a brother-in-law to our family, Nick brings both trust and dedication to everything he does. He and his wife, Mallory, are proud parents of five children and are passionate about helping protect homes and families throughout the Kansas City area. Together, they’re excited to continue growing our KC branch and serving the community with dependable, family-focused pest control.

Mallory Pecina

Kansas City Branch Manager

Mallory is the Kansas City Branch Manager and a key part of our growing KC team. She is the sister to Matt and Mandi and is married to Nick, making her an important part of our family-run business. Mallory helps oversee day-to-day operations and supports our team while serving Kansas City families with care and dedication. She and Nick are proud parents of five children and are excited to continue growing the KC branch and serving the community.
